Global Solutions LLC conducted a comprehensive review of the Ministry’s digital transformation plan to ensure alignment with agreed objectives and strategic priorities. Working in close coordination with departments, we supported plan implementation by providing document templates, clear timelines, and structured guidance to streamline execution. Our team also developed an Excel‑based dashboard to monitor progress and track milestones across all departments, enabling transparent oversight and effective performance management.

Furthermore, we identified and escalated risks that could impact deadlines or compliance with MTCIT assessment requirements, ensuring proactive mitigation and accountability. This project demonstrates our ability to combine strategic insight with practical tools and governance support, empowering the Ministry to advance its digital transformation agenda with confidence and measurable results.
